Needs Assessment Survey - William Osler Health Centre
This Spiritual and Religious Care Needs Assessment Survey was developed by Garth Wittich at the William Osler Health Centre. It is a very useful research tool to determine not only the expectations of staff regarding the effectiveness of spiritual care but also how spiritual care should be implemented within the facility.
